Do I need written permission to upload gameplay?
No. As long as you follow this policy, you have our standing permission to publish and monetize gameplay content from our published titles.
Can I show spoilers or full playthroughs?
Yes — full playthroughs are allowed. We simply ask that you clearly label spoiler-heavy content so your audience can choose what to watch.
How do I get review keys before launch?
Email us at the creator address above with details about your channel. We prioritize creators whose audience aligns with the game.
Can I use your music or assets outside of gameplay?
Our soundtracks and assets are licensed for use within gameplay/commentary content only. Standalone use or redistribution requires separate written permission.
Are there any content I cannot make?
Please avoid content that is hateful, illegal, misrepresents the game as official, or distributes our game files, builds, or keys.

This Content Creator Policy grants a limited, non-exclusive, revocable, non-transferable license to use audiovisual materials from games published by aitcH Games ("the Studio") for the purpose of creating original commentary, reviews, and gameplay content. All game assets, trademarks, characters, music, and intellectual property remain the sole property of the Studio and its licensors.
You may not redistribute game files, sell or transfer review keys, claim affiliation with or endorsement by the Studio without written consent, or use the Studio's brand in a misleading manner. The Studio reserves the right to revoke this permission at any time, in whole or in part. This policy does not constitute legal advice and may be updated without prior notice. Continued use of our materials constitutes acceptance of the most current version of this policy.
